A fun and friendly fitness class to help you stay active, fit and flexible as you get older.A combination of light aerobics, resistance and exercises with weights make this an all over body workout. Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels*, this class has become a social and active start to the week for many locals.

A fun, energetic and friendly class for people wanting an all over body workout. Combines an aerobic-style warm up, shadow boxing, resistance band exercises. hand-held weights and mat exercises. Suitable for beginners, intermediates and those returning to exercise.

Through breath control and mindful movement, you will explore the pathway to finding new strength and create energy as Caz guides you through a rejuvinating Vinyasa yoga sequence.


From beginners to confident yogis, you are all invited to discover and share in the benefits yoga can offer your body and mind.
